We serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Travel fees may apply north of Half Day Road (Route 22), west of Route 59, and south of 95th Street. Contact us to confirm your address.
02How do I schedule a shoot?
Send an appointment request with the property address, your preferred date and the services you need. We will follow up to confirm availability. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
03When will I receive the images?
Our published turnaround for photography is 24–48 hours. If you have a specific deadline, tell us when requesting your appointment so we can confirm what is possible.
04Do you offer aerials, twilight and virtual staging?
Yes. Drone photography, twilight photography, day-to-twilight conversions, virtual staging, Matterport tours and floor plans are available. Contact us to discuss the right combination for your property.
05How should I prepare the property?
Clear surfaces, tidy rooms, replace burnt bulbs and turn on the lights. The property should be ready when the photographer arrives. Our preparation guide has a room-by-room checklist.
06What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. The current published policy states that same-day cancellations may incur a $100 fee. For weather-related changes, contact the studio to coordinate your appointment.
07What is included with photography?
The Essentials and Premium Plus packages include MLS- and print-ready images and a branded and unbranded virtual tour. First-year hosting is included; continued hosting is $12 per year thereafter.
